Reds Powder
Convenient polyphenol and antioxidant backstop for adults who eat almost no berries or fruit - not a fruit replacement, and the whole-product evidence is thinner than the marketing suggests. The one semi-defensible mechanism (beet nitrate lowering blood pressure) needs standalone clinical doses that blends rarely disclose or deliver.
