We don't sell supplements.
We score them.

Independent reviews that score 1462+ products on what actually matters when you buy: the clinical evidence, third-party testing, cost per effective dose, and whether the label tells you the truth.

We may earn a commission on purchases through our links; it never changes a product's score.

Scores don't change when brands pay us

Every supplement gets two scores, because there are really two questions: does the ingredient actually work (the evidence tier), and did this brand make a good version of it (the execution score for each product)?

Tier 1

Evidence Rating

Grades the clinical evidence for an ingredient type - independent of any brand. Assigned per meta-analysis and systematic review data.

Strong Evidence

Multiple large RCTs and meta-analyses confirm benefit

Likely Effective

Several RCTs showing benefit, generally consistent results

Mixed Evidence

Limited RCTs or mixed results across studies

Weak Evidence

Mostly animal or in-vitro studies; human data weak

Ineffective

No meaningful evidence, or evidence shows no benefit

Tier 2

Execution Score /100

Grades each product brand on four equally-weighted pillars. A high-evidence ingredient can still be sold in a poorly-executed product.
