Research Corrections
If you believe a score, dosing figure, evidence summary, or product fact is incorrect, tell us. Include the page URL, what you believe is wrong, and a source if you have one. We review corrections seriously and update pages promptly when warranted.
We have a corrections policy: if we get something materially wrong and update it, we note the correction on the page.
Brand and Product Inquiries
If your product is scored on this site and you have a factual concern about how it is represented, contact us with supporting documentation. We will review it.
We do not accept payment, free product, or any other consideration in exchange for favorable scores or coverage. Scores are determined by our published methodology, not by commercial relationships.

Response Time
We aim to respond to all substantive emails within 3-5 business days. We cannot respond to every supplement recommendation request or general health question individually.
